These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Dharvexa Bill Book provided by Dharvexa Technologies. By using the software on desktop, web, or Android, the business or user agrees to these terms.
Use of the Service
- Dharvexa Bill Book is intended for lawful billing, inventory, payment, and reporting activities.
- The customer is responsible for the correctness of invoices, taxes, rates, stock values, and business records entered into the software.
- The customer is responsible for managing staff access, passwords, hosting, backups, and local regulatory compliance.
Accounts and Access
If the software is deployed with multiple users, each business is responsible for controlling user permissions and protecting login credentials. Dharvexa Technologies is not responsible for misuse caused by sharing passwords or weak access control.
Billing and Tax Responsibility
Dharvexa Bill Book provides billing and GST-related tools, but the customer remains responsible for verifying tax treatment, invoice compliance, and statutory filings according to applicable law.
Availability
Availability depends on the hosting environment, internet connectivity, device condition, and deployment method used by the business. Planned updates, server outages, or third-party service interruptions may affect availability.
Data and Backups
The customer is responsible for keeping appropriate backups of business data and ensuring hosted environments are maintained securely. Dharvexa Technologies recommends regular export and backup practices.
Limitation of Liability
Dharvexa Bill Book is provided as business software to assist operations. Dharvexa Technologies is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, tax disputes, data loss caused by client-side handling, hosting failures, or business interruption beyond the applicable law and contractual scope.
Changes
Dharvexa Technologies may update the application, features, and documentation from time to time to improve service quality, compliance support, and user experience.
